Creative Climate A creative climate is those observed patterns of behavior that influence creativity and innovation. creativity is defined as the creation of a valuable, useful new product, service, idea, procedure, or process by individuals working together in a complex social system (woodman, 2014, p. 472). Creative climate refers to the unique environment that fosters creativity and innovation within a group, organization, or community. it’s that intangible essence that makes the space feel encouraging and stimulating, allowing ideas to flourish.
