Rewild Structure The Rewild Project Protect and restore the wild with re:wild. discover our conservation projects, campaigns, and ways to take action for a thriving planet. We look at how rewilding is made into a reality at particular sites, as projects. we compare this to how rewilding is understood, positioned, used and produced at the policy level. The projects are partly ongoing, partly concepts and partly ideas, partly in collaboration with project partners, and can be implemented or extended with funding. To truly determine which factors lead to success in rewilding projects, inclusive of sociopolitical factors, we created global models that analyze 120 case studies from iucn’s “global re introduction perspectives” that fit under iucn’s definition of rewilding.

Re:wild and partners work to protect and restore the wild in more than 80 countries. we focus our efforts in places where we can have the greatest impact in conserving life on earth. Explore how rewilding projects restore ecosystems, support wildlife conservation, and offer a bold response to biodiversity loss and climate change. Rewilding architecture, inspired by ecology, restores degraded ecosystems and creates a lasting connection between the city and nature. Rewilding focuses on creating core wilderness areas, establishing connectivity through wildlife corridors, reintroducing keystone species like wolves, beavers, or bison, and allowing nature to take the lead once initial conditions are set.
