The washington farm forestry association supports small forest landowners, promoting sustainable management practices and providing educational resources for effective stewardship of private forest land. Wffa's mission is to empower citizen ownership and stewardship of private forest land and is an organization of small forest landowners who own from a few acres to a few thousand acres and manage them for timber, wildlife, fish & more. The miller's primary objective for their tree farm is to generate income through timber harvest for retirement, maintain wildlife habitat and to pay back to the forestry industry for owner's career.
