Ipec Federation Since 2011, the interprofessional education collaborative (ipec) has defined core competencies to guide interprofessional education and team based care for improved outcomes across health professions. The ipec foundation is the charitable arm of the international pharmaceutical excipients council of the americas and is a 501 (c)3 organization. the foundation awards grants in aid, travel, and meeting grants to qualified individuals and organizations for studying, instructing or conducting research related to improving excipients. The foundation encourages research and education in excipients, and awards prizes, scholarships and grants to further cutting edge advancement related to the field of excipients used in pharmaceuticals and biotech.
