Groups are reshuffled every week: week 1: teams are grouped randomly. week 2: teams are grouped based on their week 1 placements. week 3: teams are grouped based on their week 2 placements. each week teams are awarded bonus points based on their placements. top 16 teams based on the overall rankings advance to finals.
