Prepare The Way Of The Lord An Advent Workshop St Peter S Church The pastor's workshop annually publishes an advent series featuring resources for preparing your sermons and liturgy throughout advent. sermon series include commentary on each week's texts, organized around the series theme, illustrations, quotes, and liturgy. Our worship assistants and ushers are available to bring communion to those unable to come to the rail. to indicate that you need this service, please speak to one of our team members with the blue colored lanyards before communion, and they will make sure to bring it to you. Our celebrations are filled with peace and light. we welcome visitors from around the world, and are hopeful our liturgies and festivities will remind you of “home” while you are traveling. these next few weeks are also a joyful time to see friends, old and new, in this place many call home. Our advent bible study for 2025 will explore the great o antiphons of advent, which form the verses of the great hymn “o come, o come emmanuel.” each verse expresses a particular hope for what the coming of christ will bring.
