Young Writers Of The Lost Horse Young Writers Conference Lost Horse Registrations are now being accepted for young writers of the lost horse, a writing and book arts conference for children and young adults, sponsored by lost horse press and the east bonner county free library district. The press also sponsors the lost horse writers’ conference, a three‑day event that includes workshops, readings, and panels featuring nationally recognized writers.

Submissions Lost Horse Press This competition was never just about writing letters. it was about listening. and what we heard, over and over again, is that young people understand what’s at stake for america’s horses, and they’re asking us to do better. as we head to washington on march 26, we carry their voices with us. In 2001, lost horse press and the east bonner county library introduced a program—young writers of the lost horse—to help children in elementary through high school strengthen their writing skills and heighten their interest in writing.
