Working Class Unity We are the many and it’s time for the working class to unite and organise as a class. employers are well organised and know exactly what they want from workers. but they will be no match for 3.5 million organised workers. we have nothing to lose but our chains. The central theme for labor day should be the unity, industrial and political, of the working class. without this, failure is a foregone conclusion; with it, success is inevitable.
Working Class Unity Socialist Voice Why are socialists always banging on about the working class? after all, the biggest movements for change in recent years have been on the streets, not in the workplaces. This call and this discussion is for everyone who wants to organize outside the democratic party and build working class hegemony through class independence, and everyone who believes that we need a party to fight for socialism with the methods of class struggle. An appeal has recently been sent out by the communist international for a "united front" of the working class against "fascism" and in defence of working class standards of living and a number of other objects. To achieve that, the working class also needs its own party – a political leadership – capable of leading a struggle for socialism. the socialist party aims to build at least the first steps to such a party, which will be filled out as struggles develop.

I reengaged through voluntary work with migrant groups. in my outrage at the rise of reform, seeing my old neighbourhood decorated with their appropriated flags, and fearing a right wing populist future, i decided to search for a political home on the left. And an essential part of the fight against racism and the far right must be to strive to win a political voice for working class people that campaigns for socialist policies.
