Workforce Development Ulmt Eligibility for our workforce development program is simple – if you're 18 years or older and actively seeking employment, you're welcome here. whether you're embarking on your professional journey or seeking a career change, our program is tailored to meet your unique needs and aspirations. In 2014, almost 400 adult job seekers benefitted from this program and over $3,000,000 was added to the greater nashville economy through ulmt workforce development services.

Created in 2005, workforce development month is a nationwide celebration established to bring together leading business, labor, education, and other critical partners to showcase the impact. The league promotes economic empowerment through education and job training, housing and community development, workforce development, entrepreneurship, health, and quality of life. numbers are for individuals served in the 2023 fiscal year. Participants will gain access to world class training and resources, including skills based coaching, leadership development, digital literacy, and equitable hiring practices.
