Workforce Development College Of Nursing The advanced nursing education workforce program helps support advanced practice registered nursing (aprn) students so they may practice in rural and underserved settings. Institutional oversight was provided by the public school administration, while research guidance was offered by con faculty. the study’s methods were designed to engage with the community, identify barriers and facilitators, and develop a sustainable pipeline for nursing career development.
