Yav Haf Winter 2023 Holiday Programme Young Asian Voices Yav The haf programme is for children and young people, from reception to year 11 eligible for free school meals (fsm) related benefits. the programme is fully funded and includes daily nutritious meals and fun activities. The winter 2023 haf programme runs 22 december 2023 and 2 to 5 january 2024. the haf programme is for children and young people in school years reception to year 11 who are in receipt of benefits related free school meals or who are referred as vulnerable.
