If you spot unidad and sb having a sneaky meeting in the open, pop one of the cartel uni and let them duke it out. theres also a mission where unidad is guarding an sb soldier (el misario??) at his house, this makes for a great faction war as there is a fair of each side. Once you enable it, play around. you can set current timer to timer start value if you want to reset the timer or simply set flag to conditional flag. this is for missions with count downs. i've not yet found a mission with an elapse timer (going from 0 to up), so that's that.
