Noctor "noctor" refers to midlevels (np, pa, crna, cnm, etc.) who pretend to be doctors. this is not a sub for discussing nurses acting in a nursing role. I'm not a midlevel and i refuse to see midlevels for most issues. i've been stable on my psych meds for awhile though so i do see a pmhnp for the time being to avoid wait times. i'm only asking this because as a patient, i feel like primary care is the worst place for a midlevel to be.
