Progress R Zepbound Welcome back to my blog, where i’m sharing my weight loss journey with zepbound. this week, from december 30 to january 6, marks the first full week since i started this new chapter. let’s dive into how it went! this week, i experienced a subtle yet encouraging victory: i lost 0.8 pounds. In this video, i’m sharing my honest experience starting this glp 1 weight loss journey, including the side effects and symptoms i felt during my first week, my new measurements, and updated. For a solid 4 5 months i was nauseous all week, vomiting semi regularly, and on a diet restricted to pretty much just grilled chicken and rice. my doctor and i continued to hone in on my triggers and i’m happy to report i can eat just about anything now including things like fried chicken and pizza in moderation. My goal is to use zepbound as a catalyst to get me going and eventually do it on my own. i know it’ll be difficult once i stop but i’ve changed my eating habits and am regularly exercising so i’m hoping if i continue those healthy habits, i’ll succeed.
