Vw Cloud Publish Not Rendering Lighting Troubleshooting Vectorworks
Vw Cloud Publish Not Rendering Lighting Troubleshooting Vectorworks We are currently in a process of updating our production cloud servers to contain the fix about the export pdfs as separate files setting and other rendering fixes, including the one with the lights not being rendered. As of vectorworks 2023, there is no longer a limit on the number of light sources that can be calculated in shaded. if the drawing still doesn't show all light sources, we recommend checking the document settings.
Vw Cloud Publish Not Rendering Lighting Troubleshooting Vectorworks In this render you will see the exterior lights on either side of the garage are illuminated, but the lights on the porch are not. i have tried a lot of different settings, but i simple cannot get them to turn on. Also, try setting the displacement mapping to low, unless you are really up close to something that needs it. lastly, it looks like you have a single light and no hdri sky. i am not sure if indirect lighting or environmental light are doing much for you in this scene. turn them down to low or medium. bart. I have manually turned off all lighting on the design layer, turned back on, saved and re submitted to cloud publish. i have also posted the end result here for reference. I can help you with cloud related questions or issues. from what you are describing, it seems like you do not have the setting to render out of date viewports prior to export turned on.

The alerts you are getting are just because you are asking vw to publish a sheet layer that no longer exists (the red one). but you should be able to just remove it from the publish list or ignore the alerts it will publish the other sheet. Use the viewport's object info palette to change the background and foreground render modes styles, renderworks background, lighting options, camera view, camera effects, class and layer visibility, and so on, without affecting either the design layers or other viewports in the file. You can design in a responsive render mode such as shaded, and then quickly change to a renderworks style to confirm that lighting, textures, and other details will display as desired in a final rendering.
