Vitrum Colorminium Earlier this year we carried out an inspection of the visual mock up (vmu) for the vitrum project—a key moment in refining the façade solution and ensuring it meets the high standards set for. Our vmu for the vitrum project in cambridge has been approved. this advanced life science research facility will provide 175,000 square feet of adaptable laboratory and office space, designed with sustainability and occupant wellbeing at its core. We’ve now completed all window frames and glazing across levels 00 to 04, with external sealing works also fully finished. external fire stopping and insulation are nearly complete, and cladding installation has commenced on the east elevation. Colorminium are proud to be actively seeking to address the skills shortage in the construction industry by creating strategic partnerships with technical schools universities. • vitrum – external works nearing the final stages, with hoist infill, ground floor curtain wall and terrace elements progressing well. • 20 giltspur street – first curtain wall area handed over and internal handovers now underway.
