Vinuni Faculty Development Workshops We would like to invite you to attend vinuni faculty development workshops, which will be facilitated by prestigious experts including prof. michelle hermiston from ucsf, usa; dr. rebecca tenney soeiro from upenn, usa; and assoc.prof. chiung jung wu from unisc, australia. Faculty development programs can be offered by the vice provost office and or the respective colleges. faculty development activities need to be aligned with the international standards defined by the global academic community to achieve international excellence.

Co organized by the faculty of the school of nursing, university of pennsylvania, and vinuniversity, this intensive three day faculty development workshop in simulation provided an enriching experience for nursing clinical faculty aiming to enhance their skills in medical simulation. The workshop will explore the essential pillars of advancement: articulating strategic intent, generating resources through innovative fund raising approaches, and cultivating alumni engagement as a cornerstone of institutional growth. This workshop is designed to build essential research skills among students and early career researchers through focused, practical training in three key areas. The goal of the vinuni early faculty development (efd) program is to support talented faculty in developing their academic capacities for promotion from assistant professor to associate professor.
