Upou Library

Upou Library Ilib is a custom library management system developed for the university of the philippines. Through the up system, upou library subscribes to 25 research databases, providing access to full text ebooks, journal articles, videos, art, and more. we also curate and provide links to recommended open educational resource (oer) databases relevant to ou research and study.
