Unwrap Uvw Modifier Whats Going On Polycount I have problem with a script and i track it down to these three lines. everything works fine when i execute it line by line, but when i execute the three lines together something goes wrong. The method takes the current state of unwrap uvw and save it to the plugcfg directory into a file called unwrapuvw.ini. the next time the user creates an unwrap uvw modifier this ini file will be used to set the defaults.

I've created a simple maxscript to help save myself a lot of time unwrapping boltholes or any other repetitive cylindrical geometry but i would like your help making my script even better. If you're planning on continually tweaking things, you're going to keep running into this problem. but, if you don't need the shell modifier anymore, just collapse it down to the editable poly with the uvw modifier applied.
