Ui Turning Black Unity Engine Unity Discussions I was adding some buttons in unity and for some reason the turned black text included. i have attached a screenshot if you would please help me that would be great. I have an extremely annoying problem with unity (2019.1.3f1) and mac os, where ui text color randomly turns black in editor (and happens when in play mode too) and seems to only get fixed when i save the scene (but only temporarily).
Ui Problem Unity Engine Unity Discussions So i had made a bunch of changes and added stuff from asset store and upgraded to 2018.1.0b13 when i noticed now my ui text was always shown in black. i had a devil of a time fixing it, but i noticed a few things. So i made some ui elements a while ago and after updating to unity 5 the text i use to display score is now stuck on black color. the text has an animation attached that changes the color and size when points are scored. i tried removing the animation, adding new text elements, different materials. nothing seems to work. Whenever i run a game within unity the whole gui turns black, like this. this occurce since yesterday without any apparent reason and isn't solved by reinstalling unity.
