Automation Smartsheet Community I created a new automation on an existing sheet and it is not triggering. to test, i created a new simpler sheet (4 columns) and created an automation using the templates. How can i trigger a scenario from updates to two distinct google sheets (in the same workbook)?.

Automation Manual Trigger Smartsheet Community I have a question about an automation i'm trying to set up. we have an onboarding status dropdown column that people can check off as certain steps are completed, and i'm trying to automate so…. I cannot for the life of me get this automation to work. i'm somewhat new to smartsheet; however, i've spent many hours googling and testing trying different things over and over. Please support the community by marking it insightful vote up, awesome, or and as the accepted answer. it will make it easier for others to find a solution or help to answer!. Any issues with automations being slow or not being triggered? for the past three years, we've been using smartsheet boards, with one board dedicated to managing our production workflow. once a job is completed, we remove it from the board to make space for other active tasks. Right now, the form notification i have set up through the automation comes to me from me. if i hit reply all, the email i am about to send is addressed to me and me. for some reason i am the triggering user for all of the notifications even though i am not the one who filled out the form. Is there any way to specify the "change from" value in an automation workflow trigger? for example, i need to trigger a workflow when quarter changes from "unslotted" to "q2 2022" but not trigger it when quarter changes from "q1 2020".
