Transitional Housing Haltonwomensplace Halton women’s place has three (3) transitional housing units within halton, which were developed in partnership with habitat for humanity and the halton region. these units provide housing for women and children as they journey forward towards a life free from violence and abuse. Transitional housing helps facilitate housing opportunities for women and children as they journey forward towards a life free from violence and abuse accepts donations of goods for those in the shelter and those moving from the shelter to permanent housing (see list of needs here).
Transitional Housing Haltonwomensplace Our transitional housing & support program is for self identified women aged 16 living in halton who are impacted by domestic violence. we work alongside you to increase safety for you and your children. Halton women's place: this organization provides safe shelter, counseling, court support, and transitional housing for women and their children escaping abusive situations. their 24 hour crisis line is available at 905 878 8555 (north) or 905 332 7892 (south).
