Transfer Student Resources To address the full transfer journey, we've identified five pillars that form the foundation of a successful transfer student experience. the transfer experience should be prioritized, equitable and inclusive, comprehensive, collaborative, and student centered. A transfer specific first year experience course, focused not on basic academic skills – most transfer students already have those – but on résumé building, career readiness and campus resource navigation.
