Training Programs The Hope Program The hope national resource center (nrc) offers training options at all levels, from introductory workshops and courses to advanced certifications, that will help you expand your practice of hope and promote positive childhood experiences (pces) in your community and organization. Join our training programs many of our programs are focused on opportunities in the green economy, exposing participants to environmental justice concerns and solutions. participants build skills and gain certifications that address these concerns. After successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to earn certifications that will prepare you for careers in green construction, building operations and maintenance, and horticulture. Hope students engage in digital literacy classes, where they learn essential skills including basic computer functionality, job search platform navigation, employer specific online applications, and more.
