Delivered by the multicultural centre for women’s health (mcwh), the program aims to encourage migrant women to access leadership opportunities, and to collectively advocate for better conditions for migrant women to be leaders. the pace program helps participants learn how to be a confident leaders and is based on four guiding principles.
