Our torah study is warm, open to all, and led by temple clergy and lay leaders. no prior experience with torah learning is necessary; just come as you are, with an open mind!.

Each shabbat morning, we gather to read and discuss the weekly torah portion. our warm and welcoming study sessions are open to everyone—no prior experience necessary. When temple beth el was founded in 1947, its members dedicated themselves to the creation of a home for living judaism – a place where newcomers feel welcome, where jewish ideals are made real, and where education is the key that unlocks the door to a lifetime of jewish fulfillment and commitment.
