Yes, we are wheelchair accessible throughout and we have disabled toilets in the tithe barn. yes, if he is a guide or hearing dog, and yes if he has really good doggie manners. but as much as we adore dogs he must be kept on a lead and cannot come into the tithe barn where we serve food.
