Ministry Leadership Training North Bay Community Church For over 25 years, timothy leadership training has provided essential training to church leaders worldwide, equipping them to advance the kingdom of god in their congregations and communities. Tlti offers a seven module program to train pastors, lay leaders, and others in various aspects of christian leadership. the modules cover topics such as caring for god's people, christian stewardship, biblical preaching, and sustainable development.
Timothy Leadership Training Join a leadership cohort through the timothy project to be a part of ongoing training, prayer, and accountability–all within the context of friendly, supportive relationships. Once pauls complete books 1 (discovering the bible) and 2 (communicating the bible), then they train their timothys through the same material. as timothys raise up new disciples, some show leadership potential and are identified for more intentional discipleship, these are called “tituses.”. Over the next two decades, the team designed, field tested and continually revised what is today timothy leadership training (tlt). as the number of trained pastors and leaders increased exponentially over different countries in the world, tlt felt a requirement of a platform where they can.
