Dr. heldt has served as ieee embs distinguished lecturer and chair of the ieee embs cardiopulmonary systems technical committee. he is currently serving on the ieee embs conference student paper competition committee and also as the co chair of the conference’s cardiovascular and respiratory systems engineering theme.
