In relation to this, hello all, I've upgraded (with difficulty!) my X230 from Win 11 22H2 to 23H2. For the upgrade, I've had to delete all files & settings (nothing I've tried allowed me to install 23H2 and keeping all my settings & files). I've then tried to re-install some ThinkPad drivers. New Battery FW Update for W11 - Thinkpads Forum. It appears there's a new version of the battery FW update tool last released for W10, now for W11. Unfortunately it doesn't include the T480. Is there any use to it and does it include firmware or update functionality worth a workaround? Or is the older W10 version good enough for W11 if you have a T480?
