Even though not everything works smoothly and flawlessly all the time, these experiences can teach you ten times more than you can ever imagine. erasmus dramatically altered my perception of people and my outlook on life. And, of course, there are a lot of other things to talk about when it comes to being an erasmus student, that is why i have prepared a list of 9 things i have learnt during my both experiences. 1. do not be afraid of the future. look at the uncertainty as to the chance to be spontaneous. I had the great opportunity to participate in this erasmus project in vereb, hungary. it lasted 11 days but i remember that as a month. it’s been the best experience of my life: i met people from 8 different countries and i learnt a lot from their cultures. Overall, i am convinced that this erasmus experience has had a lasting impact on me, both personally and professionally. it strengthened my independence, openness and intercultural competence, which will be highly beneficial for my future work as a teacher.
