A Collective Organizational Learning Model For Organizational Guided by its mission, the yield hub convenes action learning groups (algs) on different aysrhr themes through a competitive application process to support and develop the capacity of individuals and institutions to create youth centric solutions that advance aysrhr priorities. Collective Action Learning Yield Hub Following the successful completion of two action learning cycles so far, we are enthusiastic about collective action learning being a methodology that helps develop leaders, build teams, solve significant problems, and transform institutions within the adolescent and youth srhr space. First, we will launch the regional lac action learning hub in collaboration with fp2030 lac hub, governed by a diverse steering committee with at least 50% youth representation. this hub will convene quarterly learning exchanges and connect over 50 member organisations by the end of 2026. The hub uses collective action learning, and a collaborative problem solving processes to support practitioners, funders and youth leaders in generating new approaches to shared challenges and strengthening youth participation in decision making. After 7 months of collective learning, reflection, and action, our recent action learning cycles have officially graduated 🎓 across cycles 9, 10, and 11, 74 participants from 40.
