Nec Publications Documents Undp Ieo The ince served as a reference for this discussion on the importance of looking at elements of context and strengthening national evaluation systems. colleagues from latin america and africa discussed the possibilities of replicating a tool analogous to the ince on the african continent. For this roundtable, we will bring together key actors from national evaluation systems in lac and sub saharan africa to discuss what cultural and contextual factors were taken into account when developing the national evaluation capacities index (ince) and how these aspects would need to be reflected in the index if measured in sub saharan africa.
