Through the rising leaders program, lwd provides the mentorship, resources, and network to support their continued growth. the cornerstone of the program, this in person experience immerses participants in high level discussions, leadership training, and meaningful relationship building. We serve schools in underserved communities and intentionally recruit mentors that represent them. over the course of a two year program, the leaders participate in monthly workshops alongside their mentors to prepare not just for high school but for the world beyond. We combine a six week cohort program that will guide you in discovering your core values and learning to live by them authentically—both professionally and personally—with an online community that connects you to other underrepresented women navigating the same journey.
