The Liberia Education Advancement Program Launched in 2016 by the government of liberia as the partnership schools for liberia and rebranded in 2018, leap is a public private partnership (ppp) that delivers 100% tuition free primary education throughout liberia from early childhood education through grade 9. Following an international tour to learn from education systems that had successfully accelerated change, the liberia education advancement program (leap) – originally known as partnership schools for liberia (psl) – was launched in 2016 by the government of liberia.
