Transformation Of Human Capital Development Of The Public Sector In Human capital is the cornerstone of economic growth and job creation. the human capital project (hcp) inspires and informs investments in people using a “whole of government” approach to advance knowledge, evidence, and action across sectors for greater impact. The human capital development initiative was designed to address human capital issues in four areas. these included human resource management and compensation, recruitment and retention, education and training, and career development.

Rome – the islamic development bank (isdb) and the un world food programme (wfp) today launched an innovative financing initiative to boost funds available for governments to combat child malnutrition and expand school meals programmes. We can end extreme poverty and create more inclusive societies by developing human capital. this requires investing in people through nutrition, health care, quality education, jobs and skills.
