Students will receive information about camp and meet their subject teachers. students will be shown how to use their laptop and how to get access to their online textbooks (please make sure they have the access codes for their online textbooks and that you have a copy of the codes at home). There will not be proper classes on the first day of school so you won't get any homework. you will not get home study tasks until you have been at school for a couple of weeks. Don't dump your friends from primary school, but be willing to make new ones. look for ways to become involved. find out about the groups and sporting teams you can join. read the college bulletin daily and check your emails at least twice a day to get information. there is something for everything, so be willing to get involved.

The college acc swimming squad is open to all interested students, and incoming year 7s. training begins in november, but there is no obligation for incoming year 7s to join until school commences at the end of january.
