Step 1 is to not care about your rating. as for the other stuff, if the games aren't fun, don't torture yourself. Because too many people would never play the main game mode if they had to solo queue. a lot of people literally will not play the game without their 5 stack. There are however some major issues, which in my opinion is long standing issues. i don't have friends online all the time, which means i can't play with a full team all the time. i also really like meeting new people, so in reality, i don't mind solo queuing. I experience the same shit, sometimes it’s just me doing a single smoke for my entire team, and i ask them to drop the smokes for me cause that’s at least what i can do….
