If testmem5 produces errors, first try increasing the dram voltage to 1.42v. important: if increasing the dram voltage worsens the errors or causes them to appear sooner, this strongly suggests the issue lies with the cpu's imc, not the dram chips. I’ve been overclocking memory for a while, and one thing always annoyed me the endless cycle of bios tweaks, reboots, checking if settings applied, running stress tests, watching for errors… then back into bios again. My ram timings are set as shown in the attached screenshot. i’m getting errors in testmem5 during stress testing. i couldn’t get the system stable at cl26 with 1.48v, and i also tried cl26 with 1.46v, but that still resulted in errors. Every individual user should do the research and responsibly determine if that configuration is appropriate for their overclocking requirements and won't damage their system.
