Task Force Vision Zero Philadelphia In march 2024, mayor parker signed an executive order recommitting philadelphia to reach zero traffic deaths. this vision zero action plan builds on prior plans from 2017 and 2020. it is the next step in accomplishing the goals of vision zero in our city. Today mayor kenney issued an executive order that established an office of complete streets as well as a vision zero task force that will be charged with identifying opportunities to eliminate traffic deaths by 2030. The vision zero task force has the important job of guiding the implementation of the vision zero action plan to eliminate all traffic fatalities and serious injuries on philadelphia’s streets.
