I am having some issues with the sync process. the error reads “ emoncms sync service is not running, please start the service to enable feed syncing.” seems to have been doing this for a little bit but i have been away and not noticed until today. i checked the forum but only see some legacy posts that seem less relevant. It would be worth updating your emoncms install and getting the latest sync module, you can then authenticate with an emoncms.org username and password as well as the apikey and the functionality is better. you should be able to update from the admin > update page. I have one emonpi2 that is not syncing with emoncms cloud for some reason. all my other emonpi2s are configured the same, but this one is lagging behind. i am using the api key to authenticate and have the interval set to 5 minutes but keep seeing the message “no response from remote server”.
