At approximately 9:30 a.m., online test takers were being logged out of their testing session. education testing service (ets), the staar testing vendor and the texas education agency (tea) confirmed that there was a state wide online connection issue which affected the staar online testing platform. The staar test has been moved to fully online unless the student requires testing accommodations, which then the student would have the option to take the test on paper.
