But now I am more oriented towards strength and power and not endurance. I saw on bjj fanatics a Strongfirst kettlebell instructional that I thought looked pretty good. I’d love to hear some feedback on it, or just kettlebells in general for bjj. I’m looking to get stronger overall and maybe some hypertrophy. I know barbell work would probably be more efficient but I jus can’t stay motivated with regular barbell workouts.
