Level 1 Mobility Flow Schedule Pdf Whether you’re looking to regain mobility, improve balance, increase strength, or simply stay active, we have an exercise programme that can support your goals. a brand new series of stroke rehabilitation exercises created based on direct feedback from our community. Recovering from a stroke can be challenging, and access to ongoing rehabilitation is not always available. that’s why we’ve created a library of over 100 free stroke specific exercise videos designed to help stroke survivors at every stage of recovery.
