Strategic Plan Fnmpc In the fall of 2021, fnmpc released its 5 year strategic plan covering the period from 2022 to 2027. this long term plan was developed through engagement with membership to ensure the needs of fnmpc members continue to be reflected accurately in the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. We are excited to release the fnmpc five year plan. this five year plan is a living document to help guide the decisions our membership, our board, and our staff make in the years to come.

Strategic Plan Fnmpc Fnmpc’s plan aims to increase indigenous opportunities and participation in the natural resource sectors and enhance business relationships between indigenous communities, governments and industry. The global fund strategy is a multiyear road map for our partnership’s future. it guides how our partnership can accelerate progress towards our vision of a world free of the burden of aids, tuberculosis and malaria with better, equitable health for all. the success of the strategy will be measured through ambitious goals, targets and indicators. This is the first time the first nations major projects coalition (fnmpc) has developed a five year strategic plan. it is another milestone for our young organization as we move into our fifth year of operation as a member led not for profit society. What is most important to our work, and what fnmpc is driven by, is supporting our first nations members. for far too long, indigenous nations in canada – such as my own fort nelson first nation – have been excluded from economic development on our lands and waters.
