The initiative offers various formats to support and network female founders, such as the female founder breakfast at the tum incubator, mentoring programmes and visibility through participation at events such as sustainability day and entrepreneurship day. In the same year, more than 1,100 startup teams were supported by unternehmertum and the tum venture labs. in an environment considered one of the most successful deep tech hubs in europe, the munich university is increasingly becoming a driver of innovation and company formation.
