Springhouse Downtown Grand Opening Springhouse Spring house institute, inc. was established to acquire, restore and complete lewis spring house, the only private residence in florida designed by america's greatest architect, frank lloyd wright, and built in his lifetime. What inside our monoculture isn’t allowing space for what we know sustains vitality in adulthood—wandering, support, immersion, liberation. at the end of the day, what our programs are seeking to do is grow elders through healthy adulthood.
