Csa 2024 Spring Week 3 Frog Song Organics Organic Farm Central Last night i roasted the last of last week's blue potatoes, sliced thin and sprinkled with fresh rosemary and sea salt, and then finished them under the broiler to get nice crunchy crisp bits. that definitely worked, so i'll be doing that again. (i also roasted some parsnips last night.). This will be the third week of spring deliveries, with one more week remaining! if you are a summer csa member, there will be a week off between your last spring box on june 4th 5th and your first summer box on june 18th 19th!.

We've had several overnight lows in the low 20's in the last 3 weeks and very little sunshine, which has put our next planting behind. it will catch up, but unfortunately, if we start trying to pick it next week, we will get caught in a succession of picking things small and not having enough.
