Expanda 150 1200mm Interflow Our patented expanda® system is a spiral wound lining solution that restores the structural integrity, reliability, and flow efficiency of ageing sewer and gravity pipelines. pipelines rehabilitated with expanda will provide your communities with reliable services for over 50 years. Spr ® ex technology, incorporating the expanda ® spirally wound system by rib loc ®, is a unique process for restoring the efficiency, reliability and structural integrity of aging sewers, stormwater pipes and culverts. Spr™ex liners are typically installed from the downstream to the upstream manhole however reverse set ups are possible. once the spr™ex liner reaches the upstream manhole, the liner is torsionally restrained. once secured, the operator will then expand the liner. Spr™ex is an innovative lining solution for gravity pipelines from 6” – 42” diameter. spr™ex is a tight fit liner and upon installation, the pvc liner is expanded directly against the host.
