A few years ago, i compiled a pdf of various small odds and ends mapping projects that i’d done. now, i’ve done it again. please enjoy another atlas of minor projects, which houses a few dozen cartographic items that needed a home. these are all small, mostly quick projects that never really merited their own blog post or other fanfare. As i grew in cartographic experience, i began to learn the ways in which many of them are actually connected to each other. for example, some projections are mathematical blendings of others, while others are simply specific cases of parent projections. i did a deep dive on the subject, and i compiled what i learned into a poster.
